Easy Puppy Birthday Cake

Easy to Make Puppy Birthday Cake with Peanut Butter, Carrot and Banana

Ingredients
  

Puppy Birthday Cake
  • ½ cup Oat Flour
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ cup Carrot Shredded
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Ripe Banana Mashed
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • ¼ cup Apple Sauce Unsweetened
Peanut Butter Frosting
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Apple Sauce Unsweetened

Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven to 350° F
  2. Combine all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  3. Using a handheld mixer, combine all ingredients until smooth.
  4. Grease your pan, and fill cake pan about halfway with batter.
  5. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until cakes are cooked through.
  6. Allow to cool completely.
  7. Optional: Cut off tops of cupcake to make smooth layer for stacking.
  8. Combine apple sauce and peanut butter for frosting.
  9. Once smooth, add frosting into a piping bag and frost cakes.
  10. Allow your pup to enjoy
